We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join our growing team! This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting key business functions within a leading specialist Pharmacovigilance & Medical Services CRO.

PharSafer® is a specialist Pharmacovigilance & Medical Service CRO with headquarters in the UK and offices in India and Europe. We are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance, and we are looking for an Administrator to support our team. This role is remote and home-based, where you will work closely with our global team.

As an Administrator, you will provide essential support to our Training division, playing a critical role in ensuring smooth operations across the full spectrum of training within PharSafer®. You will be involved in managing administrative tasks, maintaining training materials, supporting Health & Safety initiatives, and assisting in the preparation of company and client audits.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance and assessment of company training materials, including creating new starter training records and tracking training progress.
  • Manage and organise training documentation, monitor training status, and issue reminders as needed.
  • Support Health & Safety administrative tasks, such as managing risk assessments, coordinating contractor visits, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with the writing, review, and maintenance of departmental SOPs, WPDs, and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in Regulatory Inspections and company audits, providing administrative support as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Higher or further educational qualifications preferred.
  • Experienced in working in an office environment or demonstrating competency in similar roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel skills are essential) and other administrative tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent quality in tasks undertaken.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to take accountability for work.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
