About the job

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with minimum 2+ years’ experience to join our growing team! Previous experience in the Pharma Services industry may be an advantage, with an existing knowledge of marketing essentials and digital marketing required.

PharSafer® is a specialist Pharmacovigilance & Medical Service CRO, headquartered in the UK, with offices also in India and Europe. Due to Company growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Digital Marketer to be based in India/Europe. This role is home based and, whilst based remotely, you will become part of growing team, working on a number of campaigns and projects that help achieve further business growth.

Within this Digital Marketing position, you will help to plan, implement and manage campaigns across various channels, with a range of responsibilities including:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, and website-based content marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and develop strategies to reach and engage them.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives, using relevant tools and metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Optimize website content and landing pages, with appropriate backlinks and CTAs, to improve conversion rates and enhance the user experience.
  • Creation of seasonal and topical static and animated social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across both traditional and digital channels.
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with the audience to build brand community and increase engagement.
  • Identify and explore new digital marketing opportunities and channels to expand the company's online presence.
  • Collaborate with external partners to execute digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure services meet the needs of clients and comply with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher education in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in digital marketing concepts, tools, and channels, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress and familiarity with website plugins and SEO.
  • Experience with creating video and animated social media campaigns (example work needed).
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, social media management tools, and other marketing software.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote environment.
  • Ability to travel as required.
